When we emmigrated to New Zealand, we realised that apart from being a beautiful country to live in, it also has so much to offer in terms of top quality food ingredients. We felt it imperative that we combine our rich history in chocolate cuisine with the finest quality and pure ingredients that beautiful New Zealand has to offer. And there New Zealand Chocolate was born.
We source the finest cocoa butter available from Belgium, and combine this with the purest quality New Zealand ingredients. We create our chocolates by hand, in small batches to ensure the highest quality control. The result, the finest quality artisan chocolate money can buy.
Our focus is on creating award winning culinary chocolate, so we feel it is important we put it in the best form for each specific use, and in some cases we provide the tools to give you the best results for your purpose. Other than that, we like to keep our chocolate simple, unfussy, raw and natural, as not to detract from our main focus - quality.
